About Karl Butler

Karl is a 45 year resident of Cody and has been actively involved in real estate for over 40 years. He has an Associates of Business Degree from Northwest College, is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI) & holds the nationally recognized CRB and CRS designations. Karl is a past president and REALTOR(R) of the year of the Park County Board of REALTORS(R), and past District Vice President of the Wyoming Association of REALTORS(R). Karl currently serves on the board of Forward Cody, which is the community's leader, partner, advocate and facilitator in the continuing development of a vibrant economy in the Cody area. He enjoys his family, golfing, fishing and is a retired member of the Cody Fire Department.
